 Pasture Raised Chickens
Our chickens are raised out on pasture as soon as they are old enough to leave the brooder, where they spend their days foraging for bugs and fresh vegetation.  They are moved to fresh grass 1-2 times a day.  We feed 100% organic grain without antibiotics or hormones.  They are processed humanely on the farm to decrease their stress.  They are then cleaned and packaged, and can be picked up fresh the day of processing, or frozen any time.  Chickens range in size from 4.5-6 lbs.  You can taste the difference in these chickens that have been raised outside with an abundance of sunshine and fresh air, and the ability to move around and forage. 

For the first time we will be offering boneless breast and thigh meat, this will be available starting early summer.  These chickens will be processed and packaged at our USDA butcher Adams Family Farm in Wilmington, VT.

Pasture Raised Pork
We raise heritage breed Tamworth pigs.  All of our pigs are raised outside on pasture with shelters year round.  We raise our pigs farrow to finish.  They are fed a diet of pasture, whey, vegetables, fruit, and grain.  Our pigs are antibiotic and hormone free. This pork is not the other white meat, as you can see from the above pictures this meat is almost as red as beef.  The outdoor life and being heritage breed pigs makes this a nutrient dense, highly flavorful product.  We sell pork by the cut, and as whole and half pigs.  Our cuts include roasts, chops, ribs, bacon, hams, and a variety of sausage flavors.  Our pork is processed and packaged at Adams Family Farm in Wilmington, Vermont, which is a USDA facility.

We also sell piglets from our Tamworth sows.  They are bred to Registered Tamworth boars.  We will update when we have piglets for sale.

Free Range Eggs
We have a mixed flock of laying hens.  These girls are free range and forage for a majority of their diet in the warm months.  During the winter they are given spinach, lettuce, sprouts, and other vegetable treats.  They have free choice of 100% organic grain year round.  This access to sunshine, fresh air,  fresh greenery and bugs turns their yolks to an orange color that is unique to outdoor chickens.

Pasture Raised Turkeys
Our turkeys are raised out on pasture as soon as they are old enough to leave the brooder, where they spend their days foraging for bugs and fresh vegetation, and getting lots of sunshine and fresh air.  They are also given Non-GMO grain to round out their diet.  They are not fed any hormones or antibiotics.  Turkeys range in size from 12-24 lbs and can be ordered in advance for the holidays at any time.
